In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Howe Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Pottsboro Cardinals.
The Bulldogs (13-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX). The Tigers come into the 3A Region II District 11 challenge with a 22-13 record. In their last challenge, Blue Ridge lost by Gunter (Gunter, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals meet the S & S Consolidated Rams (Sadler, TX) in a 3A Region II District 11 challenge, on Friday, October 10. Pottsboro will attempt to upgrade on its 10-16 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 20-16 record after their 3-2 league win over Bells (Bells, TX).
