Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Bath County Chargers (Hot Springs, VA) and the visiting Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA), observed Bath County's volleyball team hold off Narrows by a count of 2-1.

The Chargers (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Eastern Montgomery got by Craig County (New Castle, VA), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Green Waves battle the Parry McCluer Fighting Blues (Buena Vista, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 10. Narrows will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record.
