The Narrows Green Waves edged the visiting Bath County Chargers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Green Waves confront the Parry McCluer Fighting Blues (Buena Vista, VA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 19. Narrows will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Fighting Blues go into the game with a 2-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Amherst County (Amherst, VA).
The Chargers (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Eastern Montgomery nudged Craig County (New Castle, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
