In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting King & Queen Central Royal Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Charles City Panthers.

The Royal Tigers (3-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Middlesex (Saluda, VA). The Chargers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Middlesex lost by Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers play the Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines (Chester, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Charles City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to King William (King William, VA).
