With the win, Charles City improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Panthers host Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA) to face the Wolverines in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Royal Tigers now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Essex for a non-league test on Monday, September 16.
