North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mount Pleasant Union Academy

The Union Academy Cardinals topped the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Cardinals face the Albemarle Bulldogs (Albemarle, NC) in a game, on Thursday, October 10. Union Academy will attempt to advance on its 8-10 season record.

The Tigers (2-10) will now prepare for their contest against South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls enter the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, South Stanly was beaten by Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
