Alabama High School Volleyball - Montgomery Academy over Hoover

Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Montgomery Academy Eagles (Montgomery, AL) and the host Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL), observed Montgomery Academy's volleyball team top Hoover by a count of 3-1.

The Eagles (40-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 31-16 record. In their last contest, Lawrence County notched a victory over Winston County (Double Springs, AL), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Buccaneers meet the Bayside Academy Admirals (Daphne, AL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 10. Hoover will attempt to move on its 31-7 season record. The Admirals enter the contest with a 28-9 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Saraland (Saraland, AL).
