With the triumph, Mercer advances its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Sharon (Sharon, PA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 8-9. Sharon lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Grove City (Grove City, PA)

The Panthers now have a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they host Calvary Baptist Christian Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Commodore Perry will play a Chargers squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA). The Chargers record now stands at 1-2.
