Michigan High School Volleyball - Anchor Bay bounced by Grosse Pointe South

The Anchor Bay Tars volleyball squad (Fair Haven, MI), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI)

The Blue Devils (12-10) will now prepare for their contest against L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders enter the Macomb Area - Red contest with a 17-8 record. In their last contest, L'Anse Creuse North was knocked off by Dakota (Macomb, MI), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Tars meet the Utica Eisenhower Eagles (Shelby Township, MI) in a Macomb Area - Red battle, on Tuesday, October 14. Anchor Bay will attempt to improve on its 15-17 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 24-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Forest Hills Northern (Grand Rapids, MI).
