Michigan High School Volleyball - Grosse Pointe South over Anchor Bay

The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Anchor Bay Tars to 0 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Tuesday.

The Blue Devils now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bloomfield Hills for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11. Grosse Pointe South will play a Black Hawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Black Hawks record now stands at 16-1.

With the defeat, Anchor Bay falls to 7-7 on the year. The Tars travel to Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI) to confront the Eagles in a Macomb Area - Red game on Wednesday, September 17. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 13-1. Utica Eisenhower won 3-1 in their recent league game against Romeo (Romeo, MI)
