Indiana High School Volleyball - Hanover Central over Merrillville

The Hanover Central Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Merrillville Pirates to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 22-4 record. They play next when they host Lowell for a Northwest Crossroads game on Thursday, October 9. Hanover Central will confront a Red Devils squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over North Newton (Morocco, IN). The Red Devils record now stands at 10-11.

The Pirates (8-21) will now prepare for their game against Chesterton (Chesterton, IN). The Trojans go into the Duneland game with a 27-3 record. In their last game, Chesterton gained a win over Michigan City (Michigan City, IN), 3-0, in a league outing.
