Indiana High School Volleyball - Hanover Central over Merrillville

The Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) volleyball knocked off the host Merrillville Pirates (Merrillville, IN), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kouts for a non-league contest on Monday, August 25. Hanover Central will battle a Mustangs & Fillies team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Mustangs & Fillies record now stands at 4-3.

Next, the Pirates battle the Crown Point Bulldogs (Crown Point, IN) in a Duneland contest, on Tuesday, August 26. Merrillville will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 4-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Chesterton (Chesterton, IN).
