The Purnell Swett Rams soccer team (Pembroke, NC), 2-0 in Monday's league outing with the host South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC)

With the win, South View advances its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC) to battle the Bears in a United Eight 3A/4A outing on Wednesday, October 11. The Bears go into the outing with a record of 3-12. Gray's Creek lost 7-2 in their recent league outing against Lumberton (Lumberton, NC)
