North Carolina High School Soccer - Swain County nudges Blue Ridge Early College

In Wednesday's league outing, the host Swain County Maroon Devils soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Blue Ridge Early College Bobcats.
The Maroon Devils (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Andrews (Andrews, NC). The Wildcats go into the Smoky Mountain 1A outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing, Andrews was edged by Hayesville (Hayesville, NC), 2-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Bobcats play the Murphy Bulldogs (Murphy, NC) in a Smoky Mountain 1A outing, on Monday, October 14. Blue Ridge Early College will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 7-8 record after their 6-0 league win over Tri-County (Murphy, NC).
