Texas High School Volleyball - Bay Area Christian tips Second Baptist

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Bay Area Christian Broncos volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Second Baptist Eagles.

The Broncos (16-16) will now prepare for their test against Emery/Weiner (Houston, TX). The go into the TAPPS 5A District 5 test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, Emery/Weiner was edged by Lutheran South Academy (Houston, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Eagles now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Christian Academy for a TAPPS 5A District 5 test on Tuesday, October 14. Second Baptist will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Logos Prep Academy (Sugar Land, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 23-10.
