The Gretna Hawks topped the visiting William Campbell Generals volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Hawks face the Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA) in a Dogwood outing, on Tuesday, October 14. Gretna will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the outing with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA).

With the loss, William Campbell drops to 2-10 on the campaign. The Generals travel to George Washington (Danville, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, October 13. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-15.
