New Mexico High School Volleyball - La Cueva can't hold off Piedra Vista

In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Piedra Vista Panthers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the La Cueva Bears.
The Panthers (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, West Mesa was edged by Farmington (Farmington, NM), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bears encounter the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, November 4. La Cueva will attempt to advance on its 11-3 season record. The Matadors come into the battle with a 14-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM).
