Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Victory Christian Center Kings (Charlotte, NC), 63-59 in a league bout.
With the victory, Legion Collegiate Academy upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to United Faith Christian Academy (Charlotte, NC) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 15. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 2-0. United Faith Christian Academy won 75-37 in their recent non-league bout against South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC)
Next up, the Kings play the Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 15. Victory Christian Center will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 58-54 non-league win over Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC).
