Texas High School Basketball - New Caney overwhelms Aldine

The New Caney Eagles basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Aldine Mustangs to 30 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cinco Ranch for a non-league game on Thursday, November 13. New Caney will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 65-37 non-league loss to Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.

The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against King (Houston, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, King was ripped by Dickinson (Dickinson, TX), 100-3, in a non-league game.
