The New Site Royals basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Thrasher Rebels to 36 in the Royals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Royals now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to West Union for a non-league game on Thursday, November 14. New Site will confront a Eagles team coming off a 73-40 non-league win over Regents (Oxford, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Thrasher falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Jumpertown (Booneville, MS) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league game on Friday, November 15. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 3-0. Jumpertown won 70-31 in their recent non-league game against Tremont (Tremont, MS)
