The Blackhawk Cougars trounced the host Richland Rams ice hockey squad by a tally of 6-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

With the victory, Blackhawk betters its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV) to confront the Maroon Knights in a bout on Monday, December 4. The Maroon Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-2.

The Rams now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they host State College for a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. Richland will confront a Little Lions squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Little Lions record now stands at 1-0.
