The Blackhawk Cougars (Beaver Falls, PA) ice hockey bounced the visiting Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA), 6-1 in Thursday's league battle.

The Cougars now hold a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Westmont Hilltop for a PIHL Class A Blue battle on Tuesday, February 13. Blackhawk will play a Hilltoppers team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Beaver (Beaver, PA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 0-20.

The Rams (13-19) will now prepare for their battle against Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV). The Maroon Knights come into the battle with a 6-11 record. In their last battle, Wheeling Central Catholic was ripped by Freeport (Freeport, PA), 4-3, in a league battle.
