The San Antonio Christian Lions basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting John Paul II Guardians to 39 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alamo Heights for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. San Antonio Christian will meet a Mules team coming off a 71-27 non-league win over John Paul II (New Braunfels, TX). The Mules record now stands at 2-1.

The Guardians (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Stevens (San Antonio, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Stevens triumphed over The Christian School at Castle Hills (San Antonio, TX), 71-20, in a non-league contest.
