The Century Centurions basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Shawnee Redskins to 60 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Centurions now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dongola for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 22. Century will battle a Demons team coming off a 60-55 non-league loss to Egyptian (Tamms, IL). The Demons record now stands at 0-2.

The Redskins (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Joppa-Maple Grove (Joppa, IL). The Rangers enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Joppa-Maple Grove was nudged by Cobden (Cobden, IL), 38-27, in a non-league contest.
