In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Anderson County Mavericks (Clinton, TN) basketball squad nipped the host Powell Panthers (Powell, TN), by a margin of 77-73.

The Mavericks (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Campbell County (Jacksboro, TN). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record.
