The Brown County Hornets basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Mendon Unity Mustangs to 38 in the Hornets non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Hornets now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central/Southeastern for a non-league contest on Monday, November 27. Brown County will battle a Panthers team coming off a 50-41 non-league win over Biggsville West Central (Biggsville, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.

The Mustangs (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Liberty, IL). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record.
