The Bishop Montgomery Knights basketball team (Torrance, CA), was nudged 56-55 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA)
The Lightning now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ontario Christian for a non-league battle on Friday, November 25. Sage Hill will battle a Knights team coming off a 68-57 non-league win over Alemany (Mission Hills, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-0.
The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, King/Drew was nudged by Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA), 65-53, in a non-league outing.
