Georgia High School Basketball - Southwest routs Jones County

November 26, 2024: Macon, GA 31206

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Southwest Patriots basketball team scored a big 81-53 triumph over the Jones County Greyhounds.

The Patriots (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Allatoona (Acworth, GA). The Buccaneers go into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Allatoona was trounced by Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA), 45-44, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Greyhounds confront the McDonough Warhawks (McDonough, GA) in a AAAA Region 2 contest, on Tuesday, December 3. Jones County will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Warhawks go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 70-62 non-league win over Rockdale County (Conyers, GA).
