With the victory, Marquette improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Seneca (Seneca, IL) to confront the Fighting Irish in a Tri-County battle on Thursday, November 30. The Fighting Irish come into the battle with a record of 4-2. Seneca won 52-38 in their recent non-league battle against Reed-Custer (Braidwood, IL)

The Bruins (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Trojans come into the Tri-County battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Dwight was nudged by Roanoke-Benson (Roanoke, IL), 51-30, in a league battle.
