Florida High School Basketball - Beachside nips Atlantic Coast

Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Beachside Barracudas (St. Johns, FL) and the host Atlantic Coast Stingrays (Jacksonville, FL), saw Beachside's basketball squad hold off Atlantic Coast by a count of 51-44.

With the victory, Beachside upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Barracudas travel to Clay (Green Cove Springs, FL) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 29. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Clay lost 43-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Atlantic Coast (Jacksonville, FL)

Next up, the Stingrays play the Raines Vikings (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, November 30. Atlantic Coast will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 57-55 non-league loss to Orange Park (Orange Park, FL).
