North Carolina High School Basketball - Andrews crushes Highlands

November 28, 2023: Highlands, NC 28741

Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Highlands Highlanders (Highlands, NC), 59-30 in a league bout.

With the victory, Andrews upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Tuscola (Waynesville, NC) to play the Mountaineers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Mountaineers come into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Highlanders play the West-Oak Warriors (Westminster, SC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Highlands will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 45-42 non-league loss to Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC).
