The East Bladen Eagles (Elizabethtown, NC) basketball nipped the host West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Topsail got by Dixon (Holly Ridge, NC), 37-24, in a non-league test.
The Knights now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hoggard for a non-league test on Thursday, November 30. West Bladen will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 63-20 non-league win over Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 1-0.
