The Grundy County Yellowjackets basketball team (Coalmont, TN), was nudged 67-64 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Marion County Warriors (Jasper, TN)

The Warriors now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tyner Academy for a 2A District 4 battle on Thursday, December 1. Marion County will battle a Rams team coming off a 59-54 non-league win over East Hamilton (Ooltewah, TN). The Rams record now stands at 2-0.

The Yellowjackets (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Huntland (Huntland, TN). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Huntland edged Community (Unionville, TN), 54-52, in a non-league battle.
