The Sacred Heart-Griffin Cyclones (Springfield, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Jacksonville Crimsons (Jacksonville, IL), 58-20 in Tuesday's league test.

The Cyclones (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Lanphier (Springfield, IL). The Lions go into the Central State Eight test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Lanphier was trounced by Rochester (Rochester, IL), 68-11, in a league test.

The Crimsons now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Decatur Eisenhower for a Central State Eight test on Friday, December 2. Jacksonville will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 64-42 league loss to Springfield (Springfield, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 0-6.
