The Montevallo Bulldogs basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Thorsby Rebels to 42 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelby County for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Montevallo will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 41-40 non-league win over Calera (Calera, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.

The Rebels (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Alabama Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
