Ohio High School Basketball - Malvern crushes Newcomerstown

Malvern Hornets (Malvern, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Newcomerstown Trojans (Newcomerstown, OH), 59-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Malvern upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to East Canton (East Canton, OH) to play the Hornets in a Inter-Valley bout on Saturday, December 3. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 1-1. East Canton lost 59-13 in their recent non-league bout against Rootstown (Rootstown, OH)

Next up, the Trojans play the Caldwell Redskins (Caldwell, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Newcomerstown will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
