In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Granville Central Panthers (Stem, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC), by a margin of 54-33.
The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Henderson Collegiate (Henderson, NC). The Pride go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Henderson Collegiate was trounced by Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC), 50-40, in a non-league outing.
The Firebirds now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Roxboro Community for a non-league outing on Friday, December 2. Falls Lake will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 65-40 non-league win over Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.
