The Prairie City Panthers basketball team (Prairie City, OR), was toppled 48-36 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Grant Union Prospectors (John Day, OR)
The Prospectors now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Griswold for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 2.
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wallowa (Wallowa, OR). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Wallowa was toppled by Enterprise (Enterprise, OR), 46-26, in a non-league battle.
