Kentucky High School Basketball - Wolfe County tipped by Magoffin County

November 30, 2023: Campton, KY 41301

The Magoffin County Hornets basketball team scored 80 points and held the host Wolfe County Wolves to 74 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Hornets now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perry County Central for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1.

The Wolves (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Menifee County nudged Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY), 78-74, in a non-league contest.
