The Long County Blue Tide walloped the visiting First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders flag football team by a score of 34-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Tide play the Richmond Hill Wildcats (Richmond Hill, GA) in a D3 Area 2 challenge, on Thursday, November 6. Long County will attempt to improve on its 9-0 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 23-0 league win over Glynn Academy (Brunswick, GA).

The Highlanders (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Citizens Christian Academy (Douglas, GA). The Patriots go into the GIAA Region 2 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Citizens Christian Academy was ripped by Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA), 12-0, in a league challenge.
