Highland Christian Academy EAGLES (Valdosta, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Community Christian Academy (Adel, GA), 55-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Highland Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The EAGLES travel to Baker County (Newton, GA) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, November 10. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the play the CHESS Academy Knights (Tifton, GA) in a non-league game, on Monday, November 13. Community Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 75-60 non-league win over Appling Christian Academy (Baxley, GA).
