The Sabine Pass Sharks basketball team scored 30 points and held the visiting Bob Hope Eagles to 24 in the Sharks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Sharks now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bob Hope for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 6. Sabine Pass will battle a Eagles team coming off a 43-24 non-league loss to High Island (High Island, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-6.
