Kansas High School Basketball - Anderson County can't hold off Iola

The Anderson County Bulldogs basketball team (Garnett, KS), was nudged 43-41 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Iola Mustangs (Iola, KS)

The Mustangs now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Heights for a non-league battle on Monday, December 4. Iola will battle a Vikings team coming off a 53-45 non-league loss to Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.

The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Baldwin (Baldwin, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Baldwin edged Paola (Paola, KS), 62-41, in a league battle.
