In Friday's non-league match, the host Bridgeport Bulldogs basketball team scored a decisive 61-36 triumph over the Perkins County Plainsmen.

In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the St. Patrick's Irish (North Platte, NE) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 2. Bridgeport will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Irish enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 66-15 league win over Sutherland (Sutherland, NE).
