The Buckingham Knights basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Fluvanna County Flying Flucos to 57 in the Knights non-league victory on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fork Union Military Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5.

The Flying Flucos (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Turner Ashby prevailed over Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA), 94-88, in a non-league contest.
