The Groveton Eagles (Groveton, NH) basketball crushed the host Lin-Wood Lumberjacks (Lincoln, NH), 68-38 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Gorham (Gorham, NH). The Huskies go into the Division IV test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Gorham was trounced by Profile (Bethlehem, NH), 71-62, in a league test.
The Lumberjacks now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Littleton for a Division IV test on Tuesday, December 5.
