With the victory, Vinita upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Wagoner (Wagoner, OK) to play the Bulldogs in a Verdigris Valley bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Miami Wardogs (Miami, OK) in a Verdigris Valley bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Oologah will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
