In Friday's league outing, the Central Lyon Lions (Rock Rapids, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA), by a count of 86-18.

The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA). The Dutchmen go into the Siouxland outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, MOC-Floyd Valley overwhelmed Boyden-Hull (Hull, IA), 71-41, in a league bout.

Next up, the Orabs play the West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA) in a Siouxland bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Sheldon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 46-43 league win over Okoboji (Milford, IA).
