Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA) and the visiting Druid Hills Red Devils (Atlanta, GA), saw Southwest DeKalb's basketball squad wallop Druid Hills by a tally of 62-25.

With the victory, Southwest DeKalb improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA) to play the Wolverines in a AAAA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Miller Grove lost 53-40 in their recent non-league challenge against M.L. King (Lithonia, GA)

Next up, the Red Devils play the Stone Mountain Pirates (Stone Mountain, GA) in a AAAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Druid Hills will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 55-27 league loss to Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA).
