Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hoffman Estates Hawks (Hoffman Estates, IL), 73-13 in a league bout.

With the win, Schaumburg upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Saxons travel to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL) to play the Storm in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 1-5. South Elgin lost 48-19 in their recent league bout against Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL)

Next up, the Hawks play the Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Hoffman Estates will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Maroons go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 43-42 league loss to Fenton (Bensenville, IL).
